Journal of Learning and Teaching Innovation (JLTI) is fully committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics to ensure the integrity, credibility, and transparency of the scientific publication process.

Allegations of Misconduct

Allegations of ethical violations are not limited to: plagiarism, fabrication, data falsification, authorship violations, and undisclosed conflicts of interest. JLTI will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into any allegations received. If a violation is proven, corrective action will be taken, such as the withdrawal of the article (retraction), the publication of corrections or erratum, the sanctioning of the responsible author, or notification to the relevant institution.

Authorship and Contributorship

All authors must make significant contributions, approve the final manuscript, and be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the research.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

All individuals involved in the publication process are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest, whether financial, institutional, or personal, that may affect the interpretation of research results.

Complaints and Appeals

Complaints regarding publication ethics can be submitted via the journal's official email with a detailed description and supporting evidence. All complaints will be handled confidentially and through an impartial investigation. The results of the investigation will be notified to the complainant, and an appeal process is available if required.

Intellectual Property

The author retains copyright while granting non-exclusive rights to the journal to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article. The manuscript must never have been previously published anywhere else. Excessive or overlapping publications will not be considered.

Compliance and Review

JLTI reviews and monitors its ethics and policies to align with evolving academic publishing standards, digital preservation, and ethical research practices. The editorial board conducts periodic assessments to ensure compliance with international best practices.
